- Performance Work Statement The Government has a requirement for Sports Officials for Grand Forks AFB. The required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The US Air Force will award a Sports Official Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) only to fully qualified Sports Officials. The contractor shall provide/furnish all labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision and transportation necessary to provide Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services at Grand Forks Air Force Base for all intramural, varsity and recreational sport activities as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in paragraph 3 as government furnished property and services. The Period of Performance is for 5 (five) years. 1. Set-Aside: TBD 2. NAICS Code: 711219 - Other Spectator Sports 3. All questions or comments must be emailed to SSgt Melissa A. Hopkins, melissa.hopkins@us.af.mil, Contract Specialist, by 31 Oct 2011 at 2:00 pm CST. 4. Responses shall include: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, phone/fax/email, and business size and status (e.g., small business, 8(a), veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women owned small business), DUNS number, and CAGE Code. (2) Proof of experience and capability of meeting requirements in PWS. Capability statements will not be accepted after the due date. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS MUST DEMONSTRATE THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OUTLINED in the Performance Work Statement. 5. If your firm has an interest as described above, please prepare and transmit a response to Melissa A.
