- US Army Medical Command has a requirement for L3000 Custom Foot Orthotics (Brand Name of Equal) to be used by the Orthopedic Service Dept. at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas. The solicitation (when released) will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) & will have all necessary incorporated provisions & clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition will be procured via Full & Open competition. The solicitation shall be available for quotes on or about 1 November 2011.
