- HVAC CHECKLIST- HVAC PUEBLO CO STATEMENT OF WORK PM PUEBLO CO SOLICITATION FOR PM PUEBLO CO The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), and Weather Forecast Office in Pueblo, CO, intends to procure Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning preventive maintenance service. The period of performance is being procured for a base period and 4 (12 month) option years. Interested parties can request a copy of the Request for Quotation. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 238220. Small business size standard shall not to exceed $14.0M. This support service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items Procedures. Interested parties can request a copy of the Request for Quotation or download a copy from this announcement. Faxed requests can be sent to 816-274-6983, Attn: Sharon Walker. The government requires that all contractors doing business with the government must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
