Description
RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The office of National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, National Marine Fisheries Service Manchester Field Station located in Port Orchard, WA intends to procure quantity of 12 each fiberglass tanks to grow Sablefish Larvae at Manchester Research Station, WA. The entire solicitation is attached. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 326199 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract, with delivery date no later than March 16, 2012. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of its publication. All responses must be in writing and may be faxed to (206) 527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov. This is a simplified acquisition. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items(Aug 2009), 2. 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (Apr 2008) 3. 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications (Feb 2009) ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as of October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
