- DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park Network Contracting Activity (NCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small businesses and Large businesses that can provide temporary lodging services in Oahu, HI to veterans and non-medical attendants when authorized for the purpose of completing the assigned regimen of care as arranged by authorized medical staff. The hotel/facility should be in Oahu, HI. Patient lodging needs may also require additional services to include breakfast meals. Lodging will be provided within the allowable cost parameters as specified in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Handbook 1601.B.05. The current amount allowed is $88.50 (HI) per day. Sleeping rooms are based on single/double occupancy with 80% of the standard sleeping rooms containing 2 beds. Services are to be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications of the contract. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about December 01, 2011 with four option years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 531110 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic categories should send their information by email to maria.teodoro@va.gov no later than 4:00 pm Pacific Time, Oct 31, 2011. Information should include: Name of your Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSD or VOSB.
