- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Elsevier Science, 3251 Riverport Lane, Maryland Heights, MO 63043-4816, for providing a subscription renewal to their Mosby Nursing Consult Electronic Database and Nursing Consult Clinical Updates Site License. This subscription is designed to provide VISN 7 nurses with immediate access to diagnostic tools, concise, practical recommendations on diagnosis, treatment options, patient education, and prevention strategies for patient care, research and education. It will also provide online nurse reference text books, journals, articles, evidence-based nursing monographs, drug information and clinical updates much of which were developed exclusively by Elsevier. The Period of Performance will be October 25, 2011 through October 24, 2012. The NAICS code is 519130 with a small business standard size of 500 employees.
