- The JEM program office seeks solutionsto the Increment 2 targetedcapabilities that can fit into a CCMIcompliant architecture. Thesecapabilities might include improvedimplementations of the existing legacyproducts that have been rewritten orredesigned for use in otherconfigurations or at other governmentagencies.The JEM program office is interested inother mature CBRN modelingcapability. Ideally, this maturecapability would be those types ofutilities that have been employed byoperational forces and first respondersin real work environments or as part ofdocumented advanced technologydemonstrations, operational exercises,or experiments and have beendeemed to provide added utility andvalue to Warfighters, StrategicPlanners, CBRN Analysts, and FirstResponders. Any submissions mustinclude concepts of operation that wereemployed with this capability.Interested parties are requested toprovide a 25 page succinct response nolater than 22 November 2011 at 16:00PDT. Responses shall be submitted toSPAWAR electronically via the SPAWARE-CC website, located at:https://ecommerce.spawar.navy.mil.
