- Solicitation with Statement of Work and Evaluative Criteria COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Digital Design Instructor Solicitation# HE1280-12-T-0002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 611710. Please see the attachment Solicitation HE1280-12-T-0002 for details concerning this solicitation, including the statement of work and evaluative criteria. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of offers submitted. Vendors are encouraged to check the Federal Business Opportunities (FEDBIZOPPS) website at http: www.fbo.gov for any amendments to this solicitation. The cut-off date for all questions is 10:00 A.M. CET (Central European Time) on 27 October 2011. Questions must be submitted in writing via email to nate.dowdle@eu.dodea.edu. Questions will not be accepted after this cutoff date/time. Quotes must be submitted not later than 10:00 A.M. CET on 31 October 2011. No late quotes will be considered. The offer's quote must be submitted electronically via email to nate.dowdle@eu.dodea.edu. Email limitation is 5MB per email. Offers may need to submit their quote over several emails to account for the 5MB limitation. No other form of submission will be accepted. If you are a suitable vendor for the requirement and do not provide a quote, it is requested that you submit a "No Bid" response. It is also requested that you include a brief statement as to why you are unable to submit a quote in response to this solicitation. Your attention is invited to FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration. Offerors are requested to provide their DUNS Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code with their quote. The CAGE code entered shall be for that name and address provided by the Contractor. Offerors are required to be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF-RA) databases.
