- Due date for responses to solicitation has been extended to 31 Oct 2011 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Answers to questions will be posted on 25 Oct 2011. A formal extension to the solicitation will be posted on 25 Oct 2011. Scott AFB requires the purchase and installation of a Land Mobile Radio (LMR) system with a digital trunked LMR system to provide seamless radio frequency (RF) coverage for the entire base. Please see the attached solicitation which includes the Statement of Objectives (SOO). A site visit will be held on 5 October 2011 at 1:30 PM Central. Please contact me to let me know if you are attending no later than 4 October 2011 at 3:00 PM Central so I can request passes for attendees.
