- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for RxTouch RxReady Notification System. Work consists of application development, monthly maintenance, and usage for RxReady and Return to Stock outbound notifications, summary and detail call reporting and initial recordings for the RxReady system which will be located in the 45th Medical Group Pharmacy, buildings 1361 and 1380, Patrick AFB, FL. Activating the patient notification feature requires a Field Service Technician to travel to Patrick AFB in order to access password protected file settings within the Symphony software. Prior to this change in settings, certain prerequisites will be completed prior to the onsite visit, including but not limited to creative consulting (i.e. scripting recording, training etc.) in setting up 4 standard default outbound messages. Each of these messages wil be associated with the unique Keycode identifier. Period of performance is 1 Nov 11 to 31 Oct 12 plus Four one-year options may be awarded. In addition, the government may further extend the performance period for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8. This is a Sole Source with Innovation Associates, Inc. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). Innovation Associates, Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement. The RxReady RxTouch notification system interfaces with the existing Innovation pharmacy dispensing system and is approved via the USAF Network/Systems channels. Innovation Associates has obtained exclusive rights to provide the services of RxTouch to the DoD market. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 541511. Size standard is $25M Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Innovation Associates, Inc. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
