- USCG ALC MRR: Broad Agency Announcement Posting of Solicitations for Aircraft Services, Parts and Materials for the MH-60J/T aircraft between 15K and 25K; IAW USCG SAP Handbook M4200.13H Chapter 7, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, 6.302-2 and 6.302-3. The USCG Aviation Logistics Center Medium Range Recovery Product Line Division, Supervisory Contracting Officer, Elizabeth City, NC hereby announces the following general categories of services and spares which have been forecasted to be procured during the Fiscal Year 2012 (October 1, 2011 to September 30, S012). These services and spares may be procured multiple times, from sole or limited capable responsible sources, throught FY12 utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures between $15K and $25K. Requirements over $15K will be advertisied individually, however those acquisitions subject to NAFTA will not be subject to the 40 day posting period as this notice satisfies that requirement. The forecasted simplified acquisition contract actions will be for services to repair, exchange, overhaul, or purchase components such as, but not limtied to Airframe and powerplant system components, avionic and electronic system components, cabin furnishings/accessories, and mission capable equipment, hardware such as aircraft unique screws, washers, lights, wire, battery, etc. As directed by the MRR Supply Cell Leader, vendors wishing to be given supply source and capable repair source consideration should email supply, repair or overhaul capabilities listing (MRR aircraft only) via electronic means to the MRR Equipment Specialist, Bryan.K.Barclift@uscg.mil for consideration and information distribution.
