- United States Army Fort Stewart has a requirement to provide food service for 325 personnel during the period of 04 November 2011-22 November 2011 at Camp Beauregard, located in Pineville, Louisiana. Any interested vendors must be able to prepare the food at an off post facility and transport onto the base. The NAICS code is 722310 (Food Service Contractors) and the small business standard is $20.5 Million. All technical requirements must be in accordance with and in compliance with the statement of work. {The SOW will be provided when the official solicitation is posted} This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Quotations will be evaluated on the lowest price technically acceptable, past performance, and ability to meet the period of performance. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. Interested parties should contact SSG Octavia A. A written solicitation will be posted on or about 24 October 2011 at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. The solicitation documents can be found by searching for the solicitation number on Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI). The due date for quotations is 28 October 2011 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Late offers will not be evaluated. Due to the short suspense of this acquisition no site visit will take place.
