- BSM PR 0043018463. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-119-7631, Window Panel, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE 78286), drawing 70216-01000 Rev 'L' dated 4AUG99 and AMCOM (CAGE 81996) procurement package 70216-01000 Rev 'C' dated 21Nov05; p/n 70216-01000-042. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Quantity requested is 600 each plus a 100% quantity option. Requested delivery is 130 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside.. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Full and Open competition applies. Export Control, Configuration Control and Critical Item Application apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 7, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 7, 2011.
