- Description
- Project consists of construction services to renovate clinical laboratory approximately 30,000 square feet. The work will include but is not limited to: 1) Removal of existing supplies, equipment and disposal, temporary staging and/or storage during construction; 2) all necessary demolition; 3) any structural and plumbing work; 4) all related construction documentation; 5) cleanup and activation of area. The work will also involve construction activities related with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, power, communications, sewer, water and other finish work. The estimated cost range of this acquisition is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000.
