- Description
- The San Jose Job Corps is seeking bids for a new dish machine for our cafeteria. We are looking for a conveyer dish-machine, two tank, 20" rack conveyer, 76 inches in length with a power scrapper, power wash and a sanitizing final rinse. To include a 25 K electric booster heater, 10 kW water heater, low water cut-off, (2) vent cowls, right to left operation-480 volt/3phase. Labor to remove and dispose of existing dish machine and booster heater. Deliver and install new dish machine, modify existing dish tables and vent ducts to fit new machine. We would like to install new dish machine during time period of December 16 -31, 2011.
