- Market Reasearch Questionaire for the ALE-47 CMDS IV&V Support Please see the Market Research Questionnaire applicable to Engineering Services for ALE-47 Countermeasures Dispenser Set (CMDS) Independent Verification, and Validation (IV&V) Software Support. Sources are asked to review and provide comments on the attached questionnaire. Please be advised that the draft Performance Work Statement document is export-controlled. Interested sources must be registered to view export-controlled information to view this document. Interested sources must be: 1. Registered in CCR (www.CCR.gov) 2. Certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP), administered by the Defense Logistic Information Service (DLIS) to be eligible to download documents marked Export Controlled.
