- Floor Plans for L2 The San Jose Job Corps is seeking bids to replace approximately 22,500 square feet of carpeting in a student dormitory, L-2. The area consists of dormitory rooms, lounge area, stairs, and office space. Bid should include demo of existing glue down carpet and haul away. Furnish and install glue down carpet. Please submit bids for both 12' carpet 18" tile carpet. Furnish and install 1/8th inch rubber cove base to match carpet. Bid should include normal prep. All furnishings in the rooms and lounge area will be removed by the center prior to installation. Carpet should be a broadloom carpet with a high performance backing with a lifetime warranty. The square feet are approximate; bidder is solely responsible for measuring and guaranteeing the square footage required. We would like to install the carpeting while students are on winter break, December 17, to December 30, 2011.
