- THIS EFFORT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION---The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Agency for Toxic Substance and Disease Registry (ATSDR) will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to furnish all required personnel, consultants, materials, equipment and supplies to provide various work and services as specified in individual Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or Time and Materials (T&M) task orders. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide scientific, technical, and community outreach and health education services for ATSDR in support of its public health mission with regards to public health assessment activities such as, but not limited to, public health assessments, public health consultations, exposure investigations, health studies, health education, training, community involvement, and outreach and evaluation activities. The NAICS code is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The anticipated period of performance shall be up to 60 months (one year base period and four (4) 12-month options periods) from the contract award date. The estimated total value shall not exceed $20M. Each task order will specify individual requirements beginning on/or about the date of contract award. Solicitation Number 2012-N-14233 will be posted on the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) www.fedbizopps.gov on or about November 7, 2011. All responsible sources must submit a proposal in accordance with the released solicitation, which shall be considered by the agency if received on or before the designated due date stated within the solicitation. Interested parties should contact Mr. Robert Reynolds, the CDC Point of Contact for this notice via email: vio9@cdc.gov by no-later-than 2:30 PM on November 4, 2011 to confirm their intent to submit an offer. Please be advised the Government will not maintain a Bidder's List, therefore interested parties are responsible for periodically monitoring www.FedBizOpps.gov for the corresponding solicitation and subsequent amendments.
