- PR: 0042080067 NSN: 5855-01-379-1410 Item: Filter, Infrared Light This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 18,257 each for NSN 5855-01-379-1410. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The following terms apply: FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Required delivery is 110 DARO. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Base Management System (IBMS) review dated 21 October 2011, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for this NSN. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on 21 October 2011. Progress Payments not included, as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Subcontracting Plan will not be required as this solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, an exception granted under FAR 19.702 (a)(1). Certified Cost and Price Data will not be required as competitive acquisitions are a valid exception cited in FAR 15.403-1.EEO compliance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been breached. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The solicitation will be issued on November 7, 2011 with a closing date of December 7, 2011.
