- DISARFI102111-01 GCDS Statement of Objectives (SOO) DISARFI102111-01 GCDS Requirements Spreadsheet DISARFI102111-01 RFI NOTE: This is a repost of previous RFI identified as DISARFI061411-01. Additional information is provided to better identify the requirements of the Government customer which will inturn allow interested parties the opportunity to better identify specific capabilities to provide a solution. Additional attachments include: GCDS Statement of Objectives (SOO) and GCDS RFI Requirements Spreadsheet THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential sources and solutions to obtain reliable, responsive, and cost effective content delivery services and end user performance monitoring in both DISA and at other DISA-approved locations. DISA's goal is to obtain a dynamically scalable content delivery capability utilizing an on-demand service approach for GCDS to include end user performance and availability monitoring. The responses should address sections 1.3.1 through 1.3.5 of this document in detail. In addition to the detailed responses the attached GCDS Requirements spreadsheet should be completed addressing whether the interested parties have the ability to meet all of the requirements in the preliminary GCDS Statement of Objectives (SOO). The responses should be in a white paper format, no longer than eight (8) pages in length, with one (1) appendix that consists of a typical email data collection implementation schedule. Please note that this is a RFI and not a proposal submission. Limit the technical questions to the central theme of the actual requirement that is being procured. Questions for this RFI will be due to the points of contact identified below No Later Than (NLT) 31 October 2011, at 5:00 P.M Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The resulting vendor submission should be a technically sound response. Responses to this RFI are due NLT 14 November 2011, at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
