- Change as of 10/21/11 : Amendment 2 to the RFP has been posted to the House website. Amendment 2 answers questions from prospective Offerors and extends the closing date and time to 5:00 PM, October 31, 2011. Change as of 9/29/11 : Amendment 1 to the RFP has been posted to the House website. Amendment 1 specifies the new House point of contact for the solicitation: Steven H. Wishod, steven.wishod@mail.house.gov. Amendment 1 also amends other sections of the RFP. The date and time set for receipt of proposals remains unchanged. NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE The solicitation may be downloaded from the House website at http://www.house.gov, Doing Business With The House, under Procurement Opportunities, Current Solicitations. Requirement : The U.S. House of Representatives (House), Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), is seeking to enhance its Content Management (CM) capabilities to resolve identified internal business process needs, streamline and automate processes, integrate with our current ERP system, and provide external customers ( e.g., House Member offices) with easy (and additional) service delivery options. In order to meet this goal, the CAO is seeking proposals for development of a Content Management system solution. Questions : Questions regarding the solicitation should be e-mailed no later than 2:00 PM local time on October 7, 2011. Questions received by that time will be addressed in an Amendment to the solicitation posted on the House website. Solicitation Amendments : Any changes to the solicitation, including any change to the date proposals are due, will be posted as Amendments to the solicitation on the House website. Proposal Submission : Please refer to the solicitation for all proposal submission requirements. Proposals Due : Unless changed by an Amendment to the solicitation, all proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM local time on October 25, 2011.
