- This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Open Market Purchase for the delivery of Fuel Oil, Burner #6 (FS6) NSN 9140-00-247-4354 to Ft. Jackson, SC. Maximum Sulfur Content: Not to Exceed 0.5%. Delivery Mode: Tank Truck with Pump and Meter Note: Fuel must be delivered in a heated truck at no lower than 85 degrees Fahrenheit The estimated quantity for this acquisition is 30,000 USG. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov and must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS). Anticipated contract will be awarded as a Fixed Price. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
