- DISARFI102111-02 RFI DOCUMENT The intent of this RFI is to assess the maturity of technologies in the marketplace and/or determine whether certain capabilities exist. It will also gauge industry capabilities and experiences in the solution set being sought under HSSCMR which will include but is not limited to development, support services and a tool or set of tools to meet mission requirements. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The responses should be in a white paper format, no longer than twenty (20) pages in length (excluding Appendices). Address the capability questions posed above, and add one (1) appendix that consists of at least two past performances listing prior installations and deployed solutions to include Government points of contact describing the vendor's capabilities. Limit the technical questions to the central theme of the actual requirements identified. Questions for this RFI will be due to the email address identified below no later than (NLT) 31 Oct 2011 at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. The resulting vendor submission should be a technically sound submission. Responses to this RFI are due NLT 14 Nov 2011, at 5:00 PM EDT. The response should not exceed a 7 MB e-mail limit for all items associated with the RFI response. Submit questions and final responses to be considered to PEO_IANACQUISITION@disa.mil.
