- Procurement of "Reel Assembly, Static Discharge" (NSN 4930-01-150-3807), "Reel, Static Discharge" (NSN 4930-01-165-0829), and "Reel Assembly, Static Discharge" (NSN 4930-00-930-5303) in accordance with the Technical Data Packages for each listed NSN. This Solicitation (SPM8E6-11-R-0018) is Unrestricted. The solicitation is for a fixed price contract, with economic price adjustment, for a contract base period of two (2) years with three (3), one (1) year option periods. The solicitation will be released as soon as possible. The contract shall be awarded under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW FAR 13.5, with a total dollar threshold not to exceed $6,500,000.00. The required production lead time is 120 days. Copies of the solicitation can be found after issue date on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. From DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP's". A search may be conducted on a number of data elements. Run search and choose the RFP you wish to view and download.
