- Sources sought to provide artificial limbs and orthotic supplies and services to Veterans of the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has an ongoing program to furnish artificial limbs, orthotics and related services to those veterans that require them and are eligible for assistance. A consistent and reliable source of artificial limbs and orthotic supplies and services from a contractor with a full service lab within 30 miles of the Clarksburg VA is required. NAICS code is 339113 and size standard is 500 employees. Capable businesses are encouraged to respond via email with company name, contact name, and telephone number. Businesses who feel they may be capable of providing this equipment shall submit all applicable information by 4:30pm local time November 4, 2011. Sources sought only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to set aside this requirement in accordance with FAR part 19.
