- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912DW-12-Q-0003. Media Blasting and Painting of Six (6) Crane Boom Sections. Contractor is to provide all parts, labor, and materials necessary to pick up six (6) crane boom sections. Crane boom sections will then be media blasted and repainted. Upon completion the contractor must deliver crane boom sections back to the pick up site. All work is to be done in accordance with the Scope of Work. Please see additional documents for Solicitaiton packet which includes Scope of Work, Drawings, and other RFQ documents.
