- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, California, intends to negotiate and award, on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a five-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), with one cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) line item for incidental services, an Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract with Rockwell Collins, Inc. This acquisition will consist of not more than one-hundred and twenty (120) each of QNT-200 terminals and not more than 18,240 hours of incidental services. The anticipated award date is December 2011. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals however; any interested firm believing they can fulfill the requirement of providing the QNT-200 and incidental terminals may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-11-R-0077 and clearly demonstrate the firm ™s capability, background, experience, and assets necessary to provide the products and services mentioned above, without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery of the products and services. Written responses shall be submitted by email to katy.j.willsie@navy.mil within 15 calendar days from this Notice. See Numbered Note 22.
