- The U.S. Army Contracting Command -Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking information about qualified sources that can provide web portal maintenance, and help desk support services to the US Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC), Technology Integration Center (TIC), and the Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization Program (I3MP). The Enterprise Management System (EMS) and the Infrastructure Modernization (IMOD) web portals are hosted at the TIC facilities in Fort Huachuca, AZ.
