All interested parties are encouraged to read the Request for Proposal (RFP) in its entirety as some information since the release of the Draft has been changed/modified/deleted. Questions from Industry and Government responses have been included. The 4SES Source Selection will utilize Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The acquisition will be a competitive small business set aside under NAICS 541330 Engineering Services, $27.0M. Attachment L-2 Scenarios will be provided via FBO 7 Nov 11, NLT 12:00 noon local time.
