- This Solicitation is cancelled because it has been verified that the Office of Emergency Communications has insufficient funding to cover a contract award. Further, the requirement under this Solicitation will be reexamined, and a new solicitation will be issued sometime in the coming months. It is the Contracting Officer's judgment that based on the current information, any amendment to the Solicitation would be substantial, and cancellation is appropriate, pursuant to FAR 15.206(e).
