Description
This is a modification to the synopsis entitled STEAM VACUUM SYSTEM NOx EMISSIONREDUCTION SYSTEM, NNA1173369R-1 which was posted on September 2, 2011. You are notifiedthat in addition to the site visit scheduled for Oct. 31, 2011, as previously announced,a second organized site visit has also been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2011. The point of contact is:Name: Ken KitaharaAddress: Building N213, Room 101A NASA Ames Research Center Moffett Field, CA 94035-1000Telephone:(650) 604-3717Email:kenneth.kitahara@nasa.govParticipants will meet at Building N213, Room 261 All interested offerors are urged andexpected to inspect the site where construction services are to be performed and tosatisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost ofcontract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In noevent shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contractaward.The site will not be open for inspection at any other time unless authorized by amendmentto this synopsis. Other Information, as applicable: Prior arrangements must be made to attend eitherpre-proposal conferences/site visits. Please submit an email request for facility accessto Ken Kitahara at kenneth.kitahara@nasa.gov. Information needed to reserve a visitorsbadge is 1) Full name of attendee, 2) Name of firm the attendee is representing, 3)Attendee must be a U.S. Citizen, and 4) All attendees are required to have a valid statedrivers license in order to obtain a visitors pass at the NASA Ames Research CenterMain Gate. Please arrive early to allow for badge processing at the main entrance gate. Due to National Security, company representation shall be limited to a maximum of twopeople. All participants in the site visit must be U.S. citizens. Also, a valid driverlicense with picture identification will be required before access to the Center will beallowed. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
