- This is a special announcement of the Coast Guard's intent to modify contract HSCG38-11-C-J00002 to procure additional quantities to convert Navy H-60 aircraft to the Coast Guard's configuration. The contract was awarded 2 May 2011 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Additional components, by P/N, NSN and quantity are: Hub Assembly, P/N 70103-28012-043, NSN 1615-01-441-836, One each; Spindle, P/N 70102-28100-045/053, NSN 1615-01-238-2442, One each; Spindle, P/N 70102-28100-046/054, NSN 1615-01-238-2444, One each; Spindle, P/N 70102-28100-047/055, NSN 1615-01-238-2446, One each; Spindle, P/N 70102-28100-048/056, NSN 1615-01-238-2448, One each; Swashplate Assembly, P/N 70104-08000-048, NSN 1615-01-221-2615, One Each; Fold Hinge, P/N 70108-28103-041/046, NSN 1615-02-159-4667, One each; Fold Hinge, P/N 70108-28103-042/047, NSN 1615-02-159-4676, One each; Fold Hinge, P/N 70108-28103-043/048, NSN 1615-02-159-4682, One each; Fold Hinge, P/N 70108-28103-043/049, NSN 1615-02-159-4688, One each. Interested parties must possess a current NAVICP certification and submit evidence of possession of the OEM manufacturing data and specifications in order to be considered. The Coast Guard cannot assist interested parties in the certification process nor can it provide assistance in obtaining the required data. An approved Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition in support of this modification will be posted after award in accordance with agency and departmental regulations.
