- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: Temperature/Humidity Test Chamber, Model Number: ZPH-6.4-3.5-3.5-SC/AC, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Cincinnati Sub-Zero, 12011 Mosteller Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241 as their product offers unique features such as controllers that include multiple levels of security, and components that can be easily field changed, as this is of utmost importance to the success of this project. Any firms believing that they can provide the chamber specified above may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the chamber without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
