- This pre-solicitation notice is for Snow Removal Service in Wheeling WV. The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from Base year 01 November 2011- 31 October 2012 plus 2 one year options. This is a 100% Small Business acquisition. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to perform snow removal services, as noted in the solicitation and Performance Work Statement. The service location is Ohio County Airport USARC, Sgt Joe Nurre Lane Wheeling West Virginia 26003. This acquisition is under the primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561790 and a size standard of $7 Million. The proposed solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0012. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 October 2011 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. Please note the response date listed with this pre-solicitation notice is not the actual due date. The actual due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
