- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Index Engines, 960 Holmdel Road, Homdel, NJ 07733.The contractor shall provide PBGC Standard 8x5 Support which includes System 1-100M Object Licenses - 4 Tape Ports, and System 2 - 2M Object Licenses - 1 Tape Port for a period of November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012. TW Storage dba Index Engines is the only known provider for this type of software license support. PBGC intends to continue services with TW Storage dba Index Engines. This is not a request for proposals; however, an interested party may e-mail a written capability statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed three (3) pages in length. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via email to Miller.Mark@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM EDT on October 21, 2011. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
