Description

SSJ Memo Technical specification for Wave-plates PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION The solicitation number is FA8601-12-T-0005. The NAICS Code is 333314. The size standard is 500 employees. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed source is Gooch & Housego. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation or exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which shall be considered by the Government. Proposals to this sole source solicitation must be received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to gloria.tiggs@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Gloria Tiggs, ASC/PKOB, (937) 656-1412 no later than 25 Oct 2011 at 1:00 pm.
