- CLARIFICATON INFORMATION: While posting Amendment 3 to the OTES RFP on FBO we inadvertently reposted the original RFP instead of the amendment. We posted the correct Amendment 3 under FBO Amendment 4, entitled "OTES TO 0003 Amendment 3 - 14 Oct 11." The PWS attached to RFP Amendment 3 is listed in FBO Amendment 3, entitled TO_02_Det_5_Bomber_Test_Division Amendment 3 - 14 Oct 11. Under FBO Amendment 3, disregard the document entitled "OTES TO 0003 Amendment 3 - 14 Oct 11;" it is a copy of the Original RFP published on 30 Sep 11. There are only 3 amendments to the OTES RFP.
