- Description
- The principal components of the work to be performed include: (1) Remove and replace up to 410 square feet of deteriorated coatings on the exterior of 24-inch diameter steel pipe, metal ladder and two gate valves; and (2) Construct and maintain a containment structure for coatings removal and replacement. This work is located at Reclamation's Dickinson Dam (Patterson Lake), approximately 1 mile south and 1 mile west of Dickinson, North Dakota in Stark County. The solicitation is anticipated to be available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov on or around November 2, 2011. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. From the National Business Center website, vendors can search by Solicitation Number R12PS60025. Once the appropriate Solicitation is selected, vendors can click on "Clauses and Attachments" to view the PDF Attachments. Proposals will be due on or around November 23, 2011 at the Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. The acquisition will be issued as a "Total Small Business Set-Aside" procurement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238320. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 Million. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or around December 27, 2011. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire project within 100 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. For further information, contact Christine Mundt at (406) 247-7805.
