- CSC Applied Technologies LLC, Vance AFB, OK is requesting interested Architectural and Engineering (A-E) firms to submit Standard Form (SF) 330 for our consideration and for possible award of up to two Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Open End contract(s) now being contemplated. If awarded the period of performance would cover a one-year base ordering period and two one-year option ordering periods for IDIQ Open End Title I-B Design/Title II Other Services, contract. All terms and conditions to remain unchanged throughout any executed contract period. Work may include but is not limited to site investigations, and when specifically related to construction would include design, and preparation of construction specifications and drawings when appropriate in the following areas: fire protection engineering, civil engineering (structural and paving), architectural building, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering requirements as may be needed for construction project or other requirements as need at Vance Air Force Base. Other A-E services may include but are not limited to, ground or aerial surveying and or orthophotography, mapping and providing of related data (may include LiDAR), or utility investigations/surveys. Potential requirements may be for either Vance AFB, OK or Kegelman Auxiliary Field, OK. The criteria which will be the basis for the A-E selection (in descending order of importance: 1) Specialized experience and technical competence in the types of work required, including energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and use of recovered materials; 2) Professional qualifications of the staff and consultants that will perform the actual work necessary for satisfactory performance of design; 3) Professional capacity of the firm to accomplish a design or other services effort within a required time frame; 4) Past performance history in prior DoD, commercial or governmental A-E contracts in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; 5) Location of the design firm in the general geographical area of project and knowledge of the project area; 6) Volume of work previously awarded to the firm by DoD. This announcement is not a request for proposal. No dollar amount is implied or guaranteed and if contract(s) should result it will be solely the responsibility of the U.S. Air Force to fund requirements that may result. There is no guarantee that requirements will result, funding will be received or delivery orders issued. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the U.S. Air Force or CSC should no funding be provided. NAICS Code is 541330 Engineering Services.
