- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Shane Jackson, Contracting Officer, via email shane.d.jackson@us.army.mil, or Fax 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Stop, Missile Launch; PRON: D11C0159D1, NSN: 1420-01-467-6726, PN: 13425913, Quantity: 271 each plus two option years applicable to the Hellfire Weapon System (EP). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Anniston, Alabama 36201-4199. Required delivery is 271 each, 75 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.
