- The item to procure is a Hatch Seal IAW Drawing RIA154934. The solicitation will be a five (5) year IDIQ Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The guaranteed minimum quantity will be 25,200 each. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 18 October 2011. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it by accessing the Army Single Face to Industry Website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/default.cfm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments therto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
