- TRANSATLANTIC SOUTH (TAS) Firm Fixed Price Contract for Afghan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP), Facility Site Improvements at Karana Village, Tarin Kowt District, Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan This project consists of the design and construction of site improvements and construction of facilities to support the Afghanistan National Civil Order Police (ANCOP) Units in Karana Village, Taren Kowt District, Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan. This project is defined as the management, design, material, labor, and equipment to design and construct and/or refurbish all utilities, roads, buildings, force protection measures, site security, de-mining activities, and other infrastructure. The work within this contract shall meet and be constructed in accordance with latest edition of U.S. design and International Building Codes (IBC), Life Safety Code (NFPA-101) and Force Protection and security standards. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. Award of a contract will be made using the Best Value/Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 ($33.5M small business size standard). The solicitation will be unrestricted/full and open. The resulting contract shall be for 460 days. The magnitude of this project is between $10M and $25M. The RFP closing date will be contained in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments that may be issued.
