- This is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business concerns only. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will be issued on or around October 24, 2011. The Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (IDPO) Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order agreement for the following commercial supply: 1) PGC/Item Nomenclature: 21680 / Book, Prayer Book for Armed Forces 2) NSN: 9928-01-448-6064 3) (AEQ) Annual Estimate Quantity: 3226 Prayer book, 3-½ x 5-½ inches; Flexible green cover; Published by the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Episcopal Church; Episcopal Parish Services Philadelphia, PA.: Episcopal Parish Services #64-1775 Brand name or Equal (Ref. 21680) I/A/W Drawing NR 14153 014486064 Basic DTD 12/02/08 Amend NR DTD 12/02/08 Type Number The contract base period will be for a period of one year, with a (1) one year option. The award that results from this solicitation will be issued as a simplified acquisition. The dollar value of this IDPO may not exceed $150,000 for the total of all orders issued during the ordering period of one year. This IDPO will expire at the end of one year on an "all or none" basis. Prices quoted shall remain valid for the entire one year period. Quantities and destination will be specified on each individual order. Delivery terms are FOB Destination (to include shipping charges). Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Delivery is required 14 days after the receipt of order. Quotes will be evaluated on the basis of price alone based on a calculated total weighted average price.
