- The U.S. Marshals Service, Justice Prisoner & Alien Transportation System (JPATS), intends to make an award to a responsible quoter for the provision of H800 pilot training. The successful Contractor shall provide initial and refresher academic and simulator training for JPATS pilots operating HS125-800A series aircraft. The anticipated period of performance is from the date of award through 30 September 2012. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611512, with a size standard of $25.5M. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 25, 2011, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All Contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The date for receipt of quotations is on/about November 14, 2011; however, this is a projected estimate and quoters should refer to Page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due.
