- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase request number for this procurement is W25G1Q12560342 and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on the lowest price and the ability to meet minimum specifications (technically capable). The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-52. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336399. The Small Business Size Standard for this code is 750 employees. All responsible contractors shall provide an offer for the following and must meet the requirements to be considered. Provide descriptive literature and specifications for evaluation. The Government reserves the right to determine technical acceptability.
