Description
RFI DOCUMENT The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Continental United States (CONUS) Information Systems Support (ISS) division is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) as market research to determine sources with competencies to promote Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio Visual (A/V) technology support with the capability to maintain critical hardware and software. Shortfalls with key resources necessitate identifying professionals that will be required to maintain a multitude of VTC and A/V technologies. VTC and A/V provides the mechanism for DISA CONUS to provide command and control functionality worldwide and to have execution visibility throughout the process. The Agency serves as an advisor to Joint Task Force Global Operations (JTFGNO), on technology matters and assists in managing mission support functions (communication, automation, audio-visual, infrastructure and technical support). Maintaining the Agency's VTC and A/V systems which includes: system upgrade, remedial repairs, preventative maintenance, emergency repair, engineering, provide training and technical assistance in maintaining, testing and fielding of VTC and A/V systems and equipment. Firms who wish to respond to this should send responses via email NLT 27 Oct 2011 at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The response should not exceed a 5 MB e-mail limit for all items associated with the RFI response.
