- solicitation General Services Administration, Heartland Supply Operations Center, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 intends to establish a " not to exceed " one year standing price quote for National Stock Numbers 8030-00-252-8300, 8030-00-252-8301, 8030-00-281-2338, and 8030-00-664-4017. The SPQ period will be 11/1/2011 (or date of award) to 10/31/2012 (or one year from start date). All offers for this SPQ are to be FOB origin with a requested 30-day or sooner delivery. Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center open market orders apply to this SPQ. Award will be based on price and delivery.
