- Specifications for replacement tubes Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FC46001279008_ReplacementTubes is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. We will accept GSA pricing and any associated discounts. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 33414. The business size standard is 500 Emp. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: CEMLINE 894-7/8ASP Replacement Copper Tube bundle for BLDG 500 heat exchanger QTY 1 EA CEMLINE 884ASP Replacement Copper Tube bundle for BLDG 324,364,365 heat exchanger QTY 6 EA B&G Replacement Copper Tube Bundle for BLDG 515 heat exchanger QTY 1 EA All items are posted as or equal but must meet the specifications listed in the attached SPECs document. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS. PARTIAL BIDS SHALL BE IDENTIFIED AS PARTIAL BIDS.
