- The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Wilmington Hospital, Contracting Department, Wilmington Office intends to solicit on a 100 % small business set-aside. The award of a FFP contract is anticipated. The requirement a for Program Support Assistant (PSA). The PSA must be able to assist the Nurse Managers with gathering and preparing data from DSS, IFCAP (2237 ™s), and identify open encounters in CPRS. The PSA needs to have a working knowledge of VHA Support Service Center (VSSC), nursing outcomes (VANOD), Glide Path, and Pro Clarity Cube to produce the following reports: Reports on Nursing Hours Per Patient Day (NHPPD) Length of Stay Bed Days of Care (BDOC) Staffing Methodology Nursing hours/cost by ward and ward day of care Admissions, Discharges, & Transfers (ADT) The Statement of Work will be provided in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 561110. The size standard is $7M. The FSC is Q401. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by VHA Wilmington, Contracting Department, Wilmington Office. Upon its release the solicitation will be issued electronically and will be posted at Fedbizopps and can be found at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments thereto. The Government will not pay for the information received. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released o/a 17 October 2011. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. See www.ccr.gov Business Partner Network at http://orca.bpn.gov to complete their Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) prior to submittal of a proposal.
