- The U.S. Southern Command has a requirement for the procurement of lodging and conference facilities, and meals for the SOUTHCOM's South American Strategic Intelligence Conference. This is an unrestrcited procurement under NAICS Code 721110. The size standard is $30M. It is the Government's intent to issue Firm-Fixed Price type contract resulting from this requirement. The complete Solicitation with the Performance Work Statement has been released on 17 October 2011. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offers will not be accepted from third party agencies. Proposals will be accepted directly from HOTELS only. All responsible responsive offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered.
